The business model
You sell EazyPOS as a monthly subscription per device or a one-time lifetime licence. Every install auto-registers here and starts a 10-day free trial; you convert it to a paid plan and bill for it.
Day-to-day flow
1. Clients — add the shop/owner you're selling to.
2. Plans & Pricing — set the price for Monthly, 1 Year, Lifetime, etc.
3. Licenses — find the customer's install (by company/model), click Activate, choose the client + plan, and tick “raise invoice”. Monthly sets a 30-day expiry (renew each month); Lifetime never expires.
4. Billing & Payments — mark the invoice Paid when the customer pays; the payment history + revenue update automatically.
5. The customer's app picks up the new expiry when they tap Verify License (or on next launch). An expired licence locks their app until renewed.
Login & admin (inside the POS app)
Login/admin are handled inside the app (local per shop): Set Up Business → Create Admin → Login. This console only manages licences, billing and app updates.
